Service Description
Please read the FAQs, Pre & Post Care Instructions, Policies, and Release Waiver carefully before booking. We are still only booking ONE new client per day. The last thing we want is for our clients to feel rushed. We take our time to work together with each client to create a customized brow set. We want you to feel comfortable, confident, and happy with the results!✨ Must submit clear photos of their eyebrows without makeup and with proper lighting to vancouverbrowbar@gmail.com. Please provide 2 photos: one full face photo and one side photo of your brows. Please note that previous work, whether permanent (tattoo) or semi-permanent must be faded. I will assess if the colour saturation is low enough to be covered up. For correcting: - Discoloured (red, blue, or grey) eyebrows done by other microblading artists. - Faded and uneven eyebrows done by other microblading artists. Only ONE Visit. Additional touch-ups are not included in price. Please note that tattoo cover-ups and corrections will most likely need 1-3 touchups and that variations in colour may exist in the final result. The final result will often not be obtained without returning for a touch-up visit to reshape or augment areas within/around the eyebrows. Please note that multiple touchups may be needed to achieve your ideal eyebrow shape and colour. The consultation at the start of your visit is complimentary. We will go over a detailed checklist and I will create a custom brow set made just for you. This is tailored to your preferences, lifestyle, skin type, face shape, and brow colour. If you wish to continue with the appointment, we can proceed with the service right after consultation. Appointment includes (Duration: 3-4 hours): 1. Complimentary Consultation (customized to your unique face shape, lifestyle, skin type, and personal preferences) 2. Drawing, Shaping, and Measuring 3. Tweezing and Trimming of Brows 4. Colour Pigment Testing and Mixing 5. Topical Anesthetic Application 6. Colour Correction (if needed) 7. Microblading Procedure 8. FREE Aftercare Kit To Take Home. Please note: The price may be decreased depending on total duration of appointment, and difficulty of colour correction/shaping. Optional Upgrades (will be discussed during consultation) + FREE $0 Add Manual Microshading to your Microblading service + $50 Ombre Powder Brows only or Combination Ombre Powder & Microblading + $150 Nano Hairstrokes only or Combination Ombre Powder & Nano Hairstrokes
Cancellation Policy
Illness If you feel unwell on the day of your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. In such cases, we may offer a one-time reschedule without forfeiting your deposit, provided you contact us before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations No-shows or last-minute cancellations without notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. We appreciate your understanding and consideration, as we are a small business that only books one new client per day. Deposit A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your service. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Missed appointments will require a new $200 deposit to rebook. Full payment for your service, minus the deposit, is due at the start of your visit after the consultation. Please ensure you review the release form and provide all required information before your appointment. If you have had prior brow work and fail to send a photo of your current brows beforehand, and we determine during the consultation that your brows are unsuitable for further work (e.g., too dark to be covered), your deposit will be forfeited and applied as a consultation fee.
